We are looking for a talented "DesignOps Manager" to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and optimize daily planning for shared design resources across studios
  • Ensure every design task is properly scoped, documented, and tracked in Jira — from kickoff to delivery
  • Review and calibrate effort estimates
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks
  • Partner with Product Design Leads and PMs to balance design capacity with priorities
  • Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles for designers
  • Drive process improvements that help designers spend more time designing and less time in operations
  • Support the adoption of new tools and automation (AI, plugins, dashboards) to increase visibility and efficiency across the design org
  • Maintain and scale the design system, ensuring components, patterns, and documentation are up-to-date, accessible, and consistently applied across products

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design operations within a product organization
  • Strong understanding of design workflows, design systems, and the creative review process
  • Proficiency with Jira (or similar task management systems)
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Appreciation for good design
  • A proactive, systems-thinking approach to operations
  • Familiar with multi-product design systems or able to quickly adapt to shared-system principles
  • Understands fast-paced product environments and balances speed with thoughtful design decisions
  • Strong grasp of mobile (Material Design / Apple Human Interface Guidelines) and web design dynamics

Experience experimenting with AI or automation tools to improve creative workflows is a strong plus
