This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on making, translating ideas into brand systems and experiences that are thoughtful, clear, and beautifully executed. You’ll be a creative partner to our clients and a key contributor within the studio, helping move work forward with confidence, taste, and intent. We’re seeking a full-time, mid-level Designer to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, well-crafted design for ambitious organizations. You’ll help shape creative direction, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver best-in-class work that reflects the highest standard of Athletics’ design practice. We’re looking for an experienced brand designer with strong ideas, sharp craft, and a love of building brands people care about. You’ll work across multiple projects, translating strategy into thoughtful, beautifully executed design—and confidently presenting that work to clients.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute as a designer on multiple projects, both independently and collaboratively
Turn big ideas into clear, compelling visual systems and experiences
Work closely with Design, Strategy, and Client experience teams to support project goals
Present work internally and externally, including in client meetings
Set a high bar for your own work and contribute positively to the design team
Requirements:
Strong conceptual thinking and impeccable craft across graphic, digital, and interaction design
Confident and clear communicator (written, verbal, and visual)
Comfortable managing your time and owning your work
Curious, thoughtful, and open to feedback
A “nothing is impossible” spirit, not afraid to try and fail
An energetic and positive mindset, up for any challenge
Enjoys a studio culture and collaborating with colleagues in person
2-3 years experience
Bachelor’s degree in design preferred, not required
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Motion skills (After Effects, C4D, etc.) are a plus
Familiarity with emerging creative AI tools
Comfort with other contemporary digital design tools, and an interest in learning new tools and evolving your practice
