Design Project Manager

The Design Project Manager will perform functions to organize, direct, supervise, coordinate, and control assigned projects to meet completion requirements and profitability objectives, while maintaining and building good customer relationships. The focus of this position is to manage a design-build construction project from the design kickoff through permitting and construction. This position works closely with the Estimating Department and Construction Department, on multiple projects simultaneously, to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high level of project quality and customer service for our Clients. The DPM will be an integral member of the Precon team that ensures we “simplify our clients lives one project at a time”.
