Lead the next chapter of our Platform and Productivity experiences. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex multi-channel problems into intuitive and elegant experiences. The Platform and Productivity team sits at the core of Mindbody’s growth, delivering robust tools and AI-powered solutions that elevate customer support, improve operational efficiency, and unlock self-service revenue expansion. In this role, you will elevate the experiences of our customers, internal teams, and business partners by elevating the workflows that power Mindbody’s most critical platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a small team of Sr. Designers through complex omni-channel experiences
  • Creating the conditions for exceptional work by fostering psychological safety, inspiring ambition, and modeling design excellence
  • Championing craft and product excellence through leading by example
  • Enabling customer-centric decision making, keeping small business owners at the heart of every decision
  • Mapping and analyzing current-state workflows to identify friction points, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Weaving together physical, digital, and emotional touchpoints across support and growth channels, orchestrating multi-touch journeys that elevate both the digital and non-digital experiences
  • Build products that help wellness professionals thrive and encourage more people to get off their screens and into meaningful real-life experiences

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of product design experience
  • 1-2 years managing designers
  • Portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on complex systems and workflows
  • Want to work in a player/coach role
  • Thrive on complexity and love to dive into broad, deep, and complex problem spaces
  • Believe the line is blurry between product and design leadership and jump at opportunities to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
  • Strong in product thinking: ability to form rigorous hypotheses, influence team understanding, and spot new opportunities
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Evolving perspective on design’s role in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
