Design Engineer

• Lead the full lifecycle of our marketing websites, from initial visual layout and interaction design to final front-end implementation
• Manage our Sanity CMS ecosystem, including content modeling, template development, and empowering stakeholders with self-service content tools
• Act as a core contributor to our web and product design systems, maintaining high-fidelity components, documentation, and reusable patterns
• Bridge the gap between design and engineering by implementing platform UI improvements and assisting with specialized front-end tasks
• Maintain engineering excellence by reviewing pull requests and providing constructive feedback to ensure a cohesive codebase
• Partner closely with content owners, designers, and developers to translate business goals into polished digital experiences

• +3 years of experience in spanning both disciplines
• Solid experience with utilizing design tools, particularly Figma
• Ability to translate designs into production-ready front-end code
• Strong foundation in core front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with a modern framework (e.g., React)
• Familiarity with Sanity or similar headless CMS platforms is considered a strong advantage
• Understanding and application of web fundamentals: SEO, performance, accessibility, and responsive design
• Comfortable reading, reviewing, and providing clear, respectful feedback on code
• Ability to work autonomously while recognizing when to seek collaboration and input
