strong skills in Adobe Illustrator
Working knowledge of motion design principles and the ability to review or guide motion work
Solid understanding of UX principles, conversion design, information architecture, and accessibility
Comfortable using data, insights, and research to inform design decisions
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present, justify, and influence creative direction
Experience working with creative intake, prioritisation, and delivery processes (e.g. Jira or similar tools)
