Job Description:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile practices within the Data & Analytics function. This role is pivotal in guiding teams to adopt and optimise Scrum methodologies, ensuring high sprint velocity and team utilisation. The individual will facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and foster a safe environment for innovation and problem-solving. The role is based in India and does not involve people management responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in BI projects and international teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, and others
  • Skilled in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
