Job Description:

The Deputy Fusion Center Head, Director will support the Global Head of Cyber Fusion in driving the evolution of Citi's cyber fusion model, contributing to protecting the firm, its customers, and partners from sophisticated global cyber threats. Responsibilities include Cyber Fusion operations, strategic support, transformation and innovation, collaboration and alignment, and supporting risk mitigation programs.

Job Responsibility:

contribute to and manage aspects of Cyber Incident Response and Crisis Management
support Third-party incident response and management processes
assist in Critical Vulnerability response initiatives
lead specific Cyber Exercises Program activities
contribute to Cyber Threat Intelligence efforts and analysis
support Cyber Data Analytics and reporting
assist in the development and implementation of Cyber Fusion risk mitigation programs
pro-actively support the Global Head in evolving the Cyber Fusion function
assist in driving large-scale cyber transformations
communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
provide updates on cyber events and incidents, threat landscape, and Cyber Fusion performance

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in cybersecurity and financial services
demonstrated leadership experience within security operations or similar functions
proven track record of contributing to and managing security operations
strong understanding of the cyber threat landscape, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies
expertise in security operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber fusion models
strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Nice to have:

familiarity with emerging security technologies, including ML/AI-driven security solutions
experience with cloud security best practices and technologies
understanding of digital transformation principles
