Take a hands-on role in delivery—oversee configuration, testing, optimization, and integrations

Proven record of hands-on delivery in complex, technical enterprise programs
Demonstrated AI Consulting abilities: Experience in conversation design, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices
4+ years in leadership roles, with experience hiring, managing, and scaling Program, Implementation, or Customer Success teams
Experience building new functions or operations in growth-stage companies or helping a product enter a new regional market
Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language
Strong technical acumen—comfortable discussing APIs, cloud infrastructure, LLM behavior, and enterprise IT integrations
