This is a full-time Clinic Manager position, Monday to Friday, offering a varied and hands-on leadership role. You’ll work closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Your role will balance people management, operational oversight, and commercial awareness, making sure the practice continues to run efficiently and grow sustainably.
Job Responsibility:
Leading, supporting, and developing the practice team
Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and high clinical standards
Managing rotas, workflows, and resources to keep the practice running smoothly
Championing an excellent patient experience from start to finish
Supporting performance, efficiency, and long-term growth
Requirements:
Proven management experience, ideally within healthcare, dental, or a similar people-focused environment
Confident leading teams and handling day-to-day operational challenges
Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling priorities
Strong communication skills with a warm, professional approach
Commercially aware, with an eye for improving systems and performance
Nice to have:
Dental or healthcare experience is helpful but not essential
