Job Description:

This position will include management of the Northern team of dental engineers, with a strong focus on mentoring, upskilling, and ensuring engineers are fully trained and equipped to carry out their duties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the servicing, commissioning and repair of all dental equipment
  • Offer and provide technical and engineering support to field engineers as and when required
  • Management of the team of dental engineers, including scheduling and ensuring complaince
  • Help develop engineers, mentoring, upskilling, and ensuring engineers are fully trained and equipped to carry out their duties
  • Collaborate with back office teams (scheduling, equipment, invoicing etc.) to ensure high levels of service delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar team leadership position
  • Strong experience working with a variety of Dental Equipment, chairs, sterilisers, deliver units, air lines, etc.
  • As comfortable overseeing and mentoring a team as carrying out hands on work in the field yourself
  • Strong planning, time management, administration, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and strengths in building relationships, will need to liaise with internal staff and key contacts from clients
