The Marketing team at Anaconda drives awareness, demand, and revenue growth by connecting data scientists, developers, and enterprise teams with tools that accelerate their work. We translate the power of open-source innovation into compelling stories and programs that move buyers from discovery to decision. As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of multi-channel programs that generate qualified pipeline for our sales team. You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, and marketing operations to build campaigns that reach the right buyers at the right time, turning awareness into opportunity and opportunity into revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, webinar, and ABM channels to drive pipeline growth for Enterprise and Commercial segments
Build targeted account-based marketing programs that engage buying committees with relevant content and experiences throughout their evaluation process
Partner with Sales to define target account lists, align on lead handoff processes, and ensure seamless MQL-to-opportunity conversion
Design and optimize campaign workflows in marketing automation platforms (Marketo) to nurture prospects through the buyer journey
Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution to inform budget allocation and strategic planning
Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to develop campaign assets that resonate with technical buyers in the data science and AI ecosystem
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with demonstrated pipeline contribution
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Track record of managing multi-channel campaigns including digital advertising, email, and webinars
Experience with ABM platforms and strategies (6Sense, DemandBase, or similar)
Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting, and revenue attribution
