We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Lead Generator to lead our outbound marketing efforts across email and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic outbound campaigns that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), creating compelling outreach sequences, and continuously monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to drive lead generation and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes in Software development industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with the leadership team to define the ICP, develop targeted messaging, and implement scalable outbound strategies that deliver measurable results.
Job Responsibility:
ICP Development & Strategy Creation: Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Develop comprehensive outbound strategies aligned with business goals, including target audience segmentation and value proposition messaging
Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate high-quality leads
Create personalized and engaging outreach sequences tailored to different buyer personas and stages of the sales funnel
Manage the end-to-end process of campaign deployment, from content creation to scheduling and execution
Continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging, and timing to improve engagement and conversion rates
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
Tool Management & Integration: Utilize and manage outbound tools such as CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Creatio), email automation platforms (e.g., SmartLead, Apollo), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other automation tools
Ensure seamless integration between tools to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between outbound efforts and overall business objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outbound marketing and share insights with the team
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation, or B2B sales development
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Proven track record of successfully managing outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, LinkedIn outreach strategies, and lead nurturing techniques
Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Creatio)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
Nice to have:
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, email development strategies adn tools as well as data-driven optimization strategies
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing tactics is a plus
