Job Description:

Andersen is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead a large-scale initiative building a unified enterprise payment platform that streamlines operations and powers advanced analytics across the merchant payment ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large fintech project (fixed-price), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
Work closely with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define clear business priorities, actively support account development strategies, and ensure delivery of high-value outcomes
Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmap, PI and milestone plans, and resource allocation strategies
Act as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating tactical and strategic alignment, and ensuring transparency and efficiency
Track and improve delivery predictability, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
Oversee contractual commitments (SOWs, MSAs) together with the commercial department, ensuring delivery compliance and effective negotiation of key terms

Requirements:

Experience in IT Delivery Management or software development for 5+ years
Proven expertise in managing big fixed-price projects from scratch till go live
Strong technical background (knowledge of best practices in enterprise architecture, system design, deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps & CI/CD practices, API integration, or data-driven solutions)
Experience in fintech, banking, or global transaction platforms is a ideally
Understanding of payment ecosystem components and flows, including PSP integrations, smart routing, tokenisation, etc.
Experience with risk management, budgeting, profitability management, and working with multiple high-level stakeholders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with both technical and business audiences, including executive-level clients
Experience working in multi-disciplinary architecture teams (infra, security, data), understanding the downstream impacts of decisions across layers
Ability to communicate across business and technical stakeholders in a distributed team, not just asking questions but proposing value
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above

Nice to have:

Certification as Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or Solution Architect Expert
Practical experience with key regulatory and security standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC2
