Job Description:

Bentley Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join the ProjectWise Data Optimization team. The Delivery Manager supports the Data Optimization business priorities with a particular focus on data analysis, process development and improvement, governance, and communication. This includes program management of high-priority development engagements, baselining performance and developing continuous improvement processes, and providing data and analysis to development team leaders to govern day-to-day business. The Delivery Manager works with, and across, the Solutions and Services team, Project Management, as well as cross-functionally with the Data Office, Marketing, Sales Operations, the Product Advancement Groups as needed and across all Data Optimizations teams.

Job Responsibility:

Program and project management
Process development, including continuous improvement processes
Develops reports and dashboards for management decisions
Development and distribution of global team communication
Drive alignment among stakeholders and team members
Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation
Work with technical resources to deliver software upgrades and migrations
Share knowledge and insights across the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is desired, but not required based on work experience (typically, 5 to 10 years) in process development, software development management, project management, or similar
Strong organizational and communication skills needed and must be comfortable managing projects and leading cross-functional teams
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
Comfortable engaging with executive-level clients and internal leadership to solve challenges and align on strategic solutions
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Knowledge of ADO boards is a plus
