As a Delivery Excellence Manager at Westwing, you will lead strategic improvements in delivery performance, optimise supply chain and transportation processes, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate across departments to implement initiatives, manage risks, and elevate Westwing’s delivery standards, ensuring exceptional service for our customers. This is a permanent position based in Robakowo.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and analyse delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery rates, order accuracy and customer feedback
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities by conducting regular cross-departmental performance reviews, implementing lean methodologies, and ensuring delivery processes remain efficient, scalable and cost-effective
Lead cross-functional collaboration through end-to-end project management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience, optimise supply chain and logistics processes, and mitigate risks
Evaluate and deploy new tools, technologies and Artificial Intelligence to automate and improve delivery processes, preparing business cases for market-specific initiatives
Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework to provide regular delivery performance updates to key stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the business
Support crisis communication related to customer delivery issues, working closely with Operations and Customer Care teams
Requirements:
University degree in Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years’ experience in project management or business development, ideally within supply chain, customer service, or transportation in an e-commerce environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to view services and products from the customers' perspective and understand their needs
Hands-on approach with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Strong data analysis skills
SQL knowledge is an advantage
Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is a plus
Fluency in Polish and English
