You will be the face of our company, ensuring timely and safe deliveries of food and beverages to our valued customers. Job Responsibility:
Collect orders from our catering outlets promptly and securely
Deliver food and beverages to customers across Bridgwater efficiently and courteously
Maintain the safety and quality of the items during transit
Manage delivery schedules to ensure punctuality and customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to resolve any delivery issues
Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on your bicycle to ensure reliability
Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a delivery role, ideally within catering or hospitality, is desirable but not essential
Excellent knowledge of Bridgwater’s local area and routes
Strong time management skills with a focus on punctuality
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Physically fit and able to cycle for extended periods in varying weather conditions
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Possession of a reliable bicycle and appropriate safety equipment (helmet, lights)
