Job Responsibility:

  • Perform postal duties including receipt of mail and parcels, sorting and delivery by department to client timescales
  • Perform outgoing postal and courier duties
  • Liaise with customers via telephone and face to face advising on their postal requirements and relevant information
  • Responsible for a number of day to day office duties including: Delivering parcels, consumables, paper
  • Responding to ad-hoc customer requests

  • Physical ability for lifting of paper boxes, delivering mail, courier and paper within the same building
