Deli Assistant

The Brian Boru Service Station in Tuamgraney Co. Clare is looking for a part time Deli assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should be available for 5 out of 7 shifts per week, working part-time hours for morning and day shifts, both mid-week and on weekends. To delight customers by exceeding their expectations on every visit. The Deli Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure every customer receives the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit the store. The Deli Assistant must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result. It is the responsibility of the Deli Assistant to carry out his/her duties in compliance with the training received, and the standards set in the Employee Handbook. The purpose of the role is to serve all customer, regardless of what area they visit, in a friendly and welcoming fashion, going the extra mile to meet their needs in a clean and presentable environment. All roles require flexibility about preparing, cooking, serving, cleaning, and ensuring a great visit for every customer every time.
