Job Responsibility

Patient Care Assistance: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding, and mobility support
Vital Sign Monitoring: Take and record vital signs accurately. Report any abnormalities or changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team
Assessment and Documentation: Assist in conducting patient assessments and maintaining accurate medical records. Document patient information, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
Patient Education: participate in patient education activities, including providing information on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Ensure patients and their families understand their care plans and have the necessary resources for post-discharge recovery
Collaborative Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care activities. Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other staff members to ensure continuity of care
