Job Responsibility:

  • Designing our algorithms using relevant statistical and machine learning techniques
  • Define the quantitative elements of projects for internal R&D and external clients, predominantly success criteria
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of our products
  • Communicating with varying levels of stakeholder in both technical and non-technical language
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset, with an eye for detail and pride in your work
  • Writing high-quality and well-documented code

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on analytics projects within a STEM background
  • Pragmatic approach to deadlines, focusing on deliverables
  • Practical programming experience, ideally using Python, R, etc
  • Knowledge and experience of using Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistical techniques
  • Experience presenting results and proposals to a cross-functional team
  • Familiarity with cloud computing tools, ideally Azure

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a retail background would be beneficial
  • Keen on continuous technical development, data analytics trends and tools
