Job Description:

Job Title: Dealership Receptionist/Host Responsible for welcoming customers, answering calls, supporting dealership team, and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Job Responsibility:

Customer and Visitor Welcome: Ensure all customers and visitors are greeted in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner to promote the dealership's image
Call Handling: Answer both internal and external calls quickly and direct them appropriately and efficiently
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership team to uphold high industry standards in customer care and satisfaction
Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
Maintain positive communication with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external representatives.

Requirements:

Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally

Work closely with the dealership team to uphold high industry standards in customer care and satisfaction
