Job Description:

Detail-oriented and service-minded Revenue Operations professional to support global sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient sales process from creation to close, maintaining data integrity, facilitating deal approvals, leveraging AI-driven insights to optimize processes, and providing essential operational support.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the global sales team with non-standard quote creation
Facilitate the deal approval process
Ensure all deal information is accurately logged and updated in CRM and CPQ systems
Structure contracts to ensure customer success and maximize business value
Identify trends in incoming inquiries using data analysis and AI-powered insight tools
Support change management of new initiatives
Communicate effectively regarding deal status, requirements, and operational updates
Conduct audits as necessary to ensure compliance

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a deal desk or administrative role, preferably within a B2B (SaaS is a plus) environment
Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging technology and AI to improve processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Proficiency with CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, global team
Must be willing and able to work US-focused business hours (8 pm to 5 am PH time)

Nice to have:

Track record of improving process and policy
Using AI regularly to solve and improve on various related Rev Ops challenges
Understanding of CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce and can design solutions within it
Familiarity with various CPQ systems (Subskribe, CPQ/Steelbrick, DealHub)
Track record of adding value to deals and thinking creatively to balance company and customer interests
