De-escalation Mentor

We are looking for a compassionate, confident and proactive De-escalation Mentor to provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional behavioural or learning needs in a warm, inclusive school in St Leonards. In this vital role, you will be the pupil’s calm, consistent point of support—helping them regulate emotions, re-engage in learning, develop resilience and build positive relationships throughout the school day.
