successfully complete Powered Equipment Certification and safely operate powered equipment
work at heights up to 55 feet
have a working knowledge of PKMS system
meet physical demands involving frequent and extended periods of lifting, pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds, standing, walking, bending, kneeling and reaching overhead
understand RFID technology
understand basic reading, writing, math and PC skills
carry out verbal and/or written instructions
organize, problem solve and make decisions

Job Responsibility

work in shipping and receiving to load trucks to be sent directly to customers and stores
unload merchandise from the trucks
be familiar with the Manhattan PKMS operating system
perform all functions as assigned in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
perform functions in the following functional areas – Receiving, Reserve (put away/pull), Cubiscan, Decant, Returns, Value Added Services (VAS) and Replenishment
be cross-trained in Outbound functions
ensure all work is performed in accordance with the respective Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
ensure work is performed in accordance with labor management standards
safe operation of powered equipment to lift, move, position and re-position merchandise
ensure high quality standards of performance / accuracy that achieve customer satisfaction

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Job Responsibility

Unload various types of merchandise from Ozark route trucks and place them in the designated staging areas
Verify what is unloaded by matching the drivers manifest to the merchandise
Assist in the wrapping, loading, and shipping of outbound merchandise
Verify the store manifest, scan and inspect appropriate merchandise from a store’s return
Separate all return merchandise to the appropriate staging areas after scanning and process exceptions in the correct manner
Correctly sort and neatly stack all checked-in rebuilt core and rebuilt warranty into the designated areas
Follow proper procedures for staging, cut-offs, auditing, and preparing product for shipping
Sort and prepare new merchandise for shipment to proper zones
Maintain and rebox any new merchandise received
Maintain inventory and order boxes used for specific lines
