Job Description:

Inetum Tech Portugal is looking for an L3 DBA with solid experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB and MongoDB databases. The selected candidate will join a team of excellence that operates in critical and high-availability environments, with a focus on performance, security and reliability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advanced administration of Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB and MongoDB databases
  • Performance monitoring and tuning to ensure maximum system efficiency
  • Backup management, recovery, upgrades, migrations and data replication
  • Provide 3rd level support in complex and critical incidents
  • Automate tasks and development of maintenance scripts
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure and security teams
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a DBA in corporate environments
  • Solid experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB and MongoDB
  • Advanced knowledge of tuning, HA, replication and security
  • Professional English level (communication with international teams)
  • Autonomy, good analytical skills and critical thinking

Nice to have:

  • Certifications (OCP, MongoDB Certified DBA, etc)
  • Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and infrastructure as code (IaC)
