Job Description:

The role is responsible for establishing and implementing data visualization systems and leading programming activities. It involves solving complex problems, providing expertise, and developing visualization frameworks or products.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions and meet goals
define system enhancements for new products and process improvements
resolve high-impact problems through evaluating business processes and standards
provide advanced expertise in applications programming
design applications adhering to architecture standards
develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
analyze business areas like architecture and infrastructure to achieve goals
advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts
assess and mitigate risks during business decisions

Requirements:

6+ years of relevant experience in data visualization development role
establish data visualization standards and explore new tools
experience with Data Visualization libraries/tools like D3.js, three.js, High charts, SVG, HTML5 Canvas, WebGL
strong background in building interactive visualizations using JavaScript (D3.js)
experience with JavaScript frameworks (Backbone, Angular, Ember)
experience with SQL, ETL, data warehousing & Business Intelligence concepts
domain knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading lifecycle
working experience with NLP and ML models
proficiency with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Spotfire)
experience in developing metrics-hosting products
excellent communication and influencing skills
project management capabilities
bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience
master’s degree preferred

Nice to have:

Domain knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading lifecycle
experience with NLP and ML models
