Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a Data Specialist who thrives on turning raw data into actionable insights and building smart automation solutions. If you're passionate about PowerBI, Power Automate, and data-driven decision-making, this is your chance to shine!

Job Responsibility:

consolidate and structure data from multiple sources
build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports
set up and manage automation flows in Power Automate
develop KPIs to monitor delivery and continuous improvement
support project and delivery teams with data insights
document all reports, data models, and automation processes

Requirements:

3+ years in data management and analysis
strong command of Microsoft tools (Office, PowerBI, Power Automate)
analytical mindset with an interest in solving business challenges
solid understanding of IT processes and business operations
fluent in Portuguese and English

Nice to have:

experience with JIRA, Confluence, and EasyVista
familiarity with project management and ticketing systems
SQL knowledge
degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
relevant certifications
