Job Description:

As a Data Scientist, you will analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and build data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design predictive models, create data visualizations, and develop algorithms that support business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze large, structured, and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and trends
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support decision-making
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Create and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support data accessibility
Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and integrate them into projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred for research-intensive roles)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia
Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and hypothesis testing
Experience with SQL and working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Dask
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps workflows
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) techniques
Experience in deploying models to production using tools like Docker or Kubernetes
Certifications in data science or related technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics)
