Job Description:

The Data Science Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights and implications and make strategic recommendations, develop data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis
Mine and analyze data from various banking platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality
Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems
Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications
Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems
Lead system change process from requirements through implementation
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects
Drive communication between business leaders and IT
Assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

5-8 years experience in business and data analysis, process improvement and project management
Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem solving techniques
Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Methodical attention to detail
Experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
