Job Description:

The Data Analytics Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role requiring in-depth knowledge of data analytics, strategy, and business transformation. The role focuses on designing and executing operational plans, managing teams, and creating business dashboards to measure key performance metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the Global Lead – Wealth D&A on corporate strategy, cross-border initiatives, and business transformation efforts
Lead and manage the team to ensure seamless daily operations and effective cross-functional coordination
Design and execute operational plans in alignment with company objectives, setting clear goals and priorities
Oversee team performance and development identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps
Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and reports ensuring alignment with business strategy and company vision
Support business cadence by maintaining initiative trackers, defining, and tracking performance metrics, and preparing updates for operating reviews and all hands
Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and the objectives of the office
Define and create business dashboards to measure KPIs like developer productivity and empower data analytic capability across functional teams
Engage with product team to document and socialize the roadmap and strategy
Build a community culture in the team by introducing developer community/culture club/public sharing events/team building events
Drive the VOE survey along with defining an action plan based on the annual results

Requirements:

5-8 years experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets
Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem solving techniques
Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
