Data Ops Capability Deployment - Analyst

• Development and execution of the data, analytics and AI strategy for enterprise data
• Implement advanced analytics and AI solutions to optimize the operational efficiency and improve decision making
• Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable reporting and dashboard solutions
• Hands on with data analysis, data modeling, data catalog and data lineage implementations
• Implement Data Quality solutions, data validations rules and monitoring to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure scalability and performance for reporting and analytical solutions
• Work closely with Leads, Enterprise Architecture Team to deliver the overall data strategy
• Proactively identify and address data related challenges, including performance bottlenecks, batch orchestrations, Reports and Dashboards
• Ability to perform complex data analytics (data cleansing, transformation, joins, aggregation etc.) on large complex datasets
• Build analytics dashboards & data science capabilities for Enterprise Data platforms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams e.g. Business Analysis, Product Assurance, Platforms and Infrastructure, Business Office, Control and Production Support
• Prepare handover documents and manage SIT, UAT and Implementation
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
• Serves as data and process interpreter, transforming raw data and disjointed process into visually intuitive representations
• Collaboration & Communication: Engages with stakeholders across business areas, soliciting feedback and requirements to tailor data solutions to organizational needs.

• At least 10+ years of active development background and experience in Financial Services or Finance IT is a required
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries (Pandas, Numpy)
• Analytical mindset to draw inferences from large and complex datasets
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the BI visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
• Should be able to write complex SQL/Stored Procs
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate data governance insights to stake holders
• Experience with distributed computing platforms would be an advantage
• Experience with Data Quality/Data Tracing/Data Lineage/Metadata Management Tools
• Understanding of Data Catalog tools like Collibra
• You can tell a story using data and process maps and have creative streak
• You know how to read/write to database systems (Oracle / Hadoop). Know SQL / NoSQL, with knowledge of various file formats
• You are adaptable, creative, resourceful, well organized team player with a strong work ethics
• You have above average knowledge of Finance / Credit / Market / Ops Risk in wholesale banking
• Strong understanding of Data Science, ML and can run EAD analysis using statistical packages
