Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Data Collection & Collation: Support efforts in gathering and organising quantitative and qualitative data effectively
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain precise records, ensuring all data is well-organised and accessible
Data Cleaning & Validation: utilise your expertise in data quality methods to enhance the integrity of their datasets
Monitoring & Evaluation Oversight: Implement essential monitoring and evaluation processes within the programme, in collaboration with the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Tool Development: Assist in creating new tools and refining existing processes to improve data practises within the programme

Requirements:

Proven experience in supporting data collection and collation
Confidence in managing accurate records and maintaining databases
Familiarity with data cleaning and validation techniques to resolve quality issues
A proactive approach to implementing monitoring and evaluation processes
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
