Job Description:

Play a pivotal role in IKEA's journey to create a unique omnichannel retailer, blending physical and digital world. Responsible for leading leaders and teams to develop and implement strategic data assets, data-driven insights and AI solutions for Customer Support and Remote Sales organisation.

Job Responsibility:

Lead teams to develop and implement strategic data assets, data-driven insights and AI solutions for efficiency and effectiveness for Customer Support and Remote Sales organisation
Join forces with leaders across the business to shift mindsets and drive impact on the bottom line
Integrate technical strategies seamlessly with larger business objectives
Ensure implementation of right data, techniques and processes to make informed data-driven decisions

Requirements:

Proven track record of leading teams building analytical data products, delivering actionable insights, and machine learning solutions
Excellent knowledge of data models and common issues related to data quality
Strong expertise in data-driven digital product development including data processing, analysis, and knowledge extraction
Deep understanding of customer behaviors, trends, and best practices in chat and conversational dimensions
Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of modern data and analytics technologies
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams and leading leaders
Experience in a senior leadership role in a cross-functional environment with deep knowledge of operations and development
Advanced education within computer science, econometrics, mathematics or equivalent
Inclusive and empowering leadership focused on nurturing talent and continuous learning
Proven ability to build trustful relationships and communicate inspirationally with audiences of all sizes
Capability to frame business challenges, design effective solutions, calculate risks, deliver results, and follow up
