The Data Integration Group Manager is responsible for enabling the end-to-end execution and/or adoption of the Data Transformation plan in compliance with Citi's Data Governance Policy. Focuses on work efforts to demonstrate risk reduction and facilitate adherence to the Citi Data Governance Policy. This position has an impact on the business by exercising control over resources, policy formulation and planning.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a team or a functional area while maintaining appropriate staffing requirements
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the program/project and associated dependencies
Partner with other senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of project
Directly impacts the businesses/functions by influencing stakeholders through advice or council
Address potential barriers to timely execution before they impact the delivery
Develop content for relevant governance forums
Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional complex problems within/across programs and with Senior Management
Liaise between the Enterprise Chief Data Office, Federated Chief Data Office and other key partners
Management of the Adjustment Reduction Program including managing remediation workstreams enterprise wide
Manage work streams focusing on broad range of Data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Banking or Finance
Demonstrates consistent track record of having worked as a Program or Project Manager, or working on large, strategic cross-functional projects
Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities
Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
Optimizes work processes by balancing effective/efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement
Organizational savvy
understands systems, management processes
Working knowledge of Citi's Data Operating Model
Experience working in accounting and Ledger based systems, processes, and functions
Experience working with Front Office, Middle, and Back office Data flows and Processes including Data Aggregator
