Job Responsibility:

Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in company databases and systems while troubleshooting inconsistencies
Reviewing incoming data for errors, missing information, and discrepancies to ensure data integrity
Conducting regular audits of data entries and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval
Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary information and complete tasks in a timely manner
Following established guidelines and procedures while recommending improvements to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency
Generating reports, summaries, and validations for management and team use

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role
familiarity with database management is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables and data manipulation skills are a plus)
Excellent typing skills with accuracy and speed
attention to detail is a necessity
Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
