Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing data to support our operational needs. This position requires a commitment to precision, confidentiality, and effective communication.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately input data into systems, ensuring high levels of precision and efficiency
process and verify timesheets, maintaining an output goal of 40 timesheets per hour
identify and correct discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and reliability
safeguard sensitive information by adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks within established deadlines
utilize various software tools to streamline and enhance data entry processes
communicate effectively with supervisors to address any issues or concerns that arise

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or similar role
proven ability to type at a speed of over 60 words per minute with high accuracy
familiarity with data entry software and tools, as well as basic office applications like Microsoft Office
strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during high-volume tasks
excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
basic understanding of reviewing and processing timesheets
strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
