Job Description:

Robert Half, the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm, seeks a Data Entry Specialist to assist with data processing and validation tasks in Delray Beach. Join an exciting one-month project involving clearing report backlogs and ensuring data accuracy. Applicants should possess strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills with prior data entry experience.

Job Responsibility:

Work with the Data Systems Manager to process and upload data into the Credible EHR system
Organize, validate, and enter data from healthcare documents and backlogs
Ensure all data is accurate, properly formatted, and delivered on schedule
Support a one-month intensive project clearing report backlogs with a focus on quality
Contribute to a fast-paced environment requiring high attention to detail and data accuracy

Requirements:

Prior experience with data entry and database maintenance
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is required
Familiarity with EHR or healthcare data platforms is a plus
Excellent focus, speed, and attention to detail under deadlines

Nice to have:

Familiarity with EHR or healthcare data platforms
