Data Entry Clerk

• Transfer files manually from one system to another, ensuring accuracy and correct placement
• Verify that files have been successfully moved and saved to the designated location
• Delete files from the old system once their transfer is confirmed
• Maintain consistent organization of digital documents to align with company standards
• Follow established procedures for managing and tracking file movement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Identify and report any issues encountered during the file transfer process
• Learn and adapt to new systems quickly with provided training
• Uphold confidentiality and security protocols while handling sensitive information

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
• Proficiency in basic computer operations, including file management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
• Excellent typing and scanning abilities
• Effective communication skills, including email correspondence
• Experience with Workday is a plus but not required
