Data Entry Clerk

• Review lists of numerical data and locate specific data points within internal systems
• Accurately copy and paste data into organized Excel reports
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure all information is current and accessible
• Utilize Microsoft Word to format and organize documentation as needed
• Perform regular quality checks to verify data accuracy and consistency
• Organize electronic files for easy retrieval and secure storage
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency
• Handle repetitive tasks with diligence and attention to detail

• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions like copy/paste and formatting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document editing and organization
• Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain electronic files
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and precision
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
