Data Entry Clerk

• Input data from multiple sources into computer databases with precision and speed
• Process customer orders and record them accurately in tracking systems
• Perform research and verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all entries
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve data-related issues
• Handle administrative tasks related to order entry and database management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when managing data
• Provide timely updates and reports on data entry progress to supervisors
• Utilize Microsoft Word to create and edit documents as needed
• Support the team with additional clerical duties as required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document management and editing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
• Familiarity with tracking systems and database software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required
