Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and update data into designated systems and databases
Handle cashier transactions and ensure proper documentation of payments
Assist with utility billing processes, including preparing and verifying billing information
Maintain organized records and files to support administrative operations
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to customers or colleagues
Ensure compliance with data handling policies and procedures
Support day-to-day office functions in a slow-paced but productive environment
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency
Perform routine checks to validate the accuracy of entered data
Adapt to additional tasks as needed during busier periods
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed
