Data Center Technician

• Contributes to issue tracking through escalations
• Participates in daily safety briefings, completes required training
• Completes assigned tickets efficiently and in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Complies with security and data management procedures and policies

• Completed High/Secondary School, GED, an apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check

• Some experience supporting IT equipment or related technology
• Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC)
