Data Center Technician

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures
• Perform post-execution quality checks
• Decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes
• Follow procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents
• Assist and provide guidance to other technicians
• Complete required training aligned to the role and workload
• Contribute to a positive and effective team environment
• Take pride and a sense of accountability for the service quality

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components
• 1+ year(s) industry work experience supporting IT equipment or related technology
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Verification of Australian Citizenship
• Microsoft Cloud background check
• NV1/2, PV Clearance Assessment may be required

• 2+ years' industry work experience supporting IT equipment or related technology
• Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC)
