Job Responsibility:

Gain hands-on experience in key data-driven areas of the organisation
Rotate through teams focused on data manipulation, insight communication, and stakeholder engagement
Contribute to the operations across various business functions and the transformation of the insurance industry.

Requirements:

Completed tertiary studies in Data
Active in community and extracurricular activities
Work experience in a customer service or corporate environment
Strong and effective communication skills
Proven leadership and empathic qualities from various experiences
Enthusiastic about working with numbers, data and caring for customers
Completed your undergraduate or postgraduate by the end of 2025 (applicants who graduated no more than 2 years prior to 2025 will also be considered)
Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency
Ready to complete industry qualifications
