Job Description:

A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and data sources to support commercial reporting and analytics needs
Work with SQL databases to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
Build automated workflows and data pipelines using Alteryx to improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues
Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau/ Power BI
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and integration across systems
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal Teams stakeholders
Development of tools used by the Analytics team
Provide local analytical support to commercial and cross‑functional teams

Requirements:

University degree (e.g. Economics, Econometrics, Big Data, Mathematics, Computer Science)
3 years of relevant experience in depth data analysis
Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau/Power BI
Proficient in English and Polish
Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrates ownership, autonomy, and determination to achieve results with a flexible, solution‑oriented approach
Open to change, driving process optimization and challenging existing solutions with appropriate urgency and decisiveness
Soft skills: open‑minded, collaborative team player with a positive communication style
