Regional scope (APAC) role; Domain knowledge in the eCommerce/FMCG industries; Experience working with marketing and sales data, including visualization and presentation to business stakeholders; This role sits within the eCommerce function and works closely with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams to drive data-driven insights and decision-making
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity through validation and quality checks
Perform deep-dive analysis using data mining and visualization techniques to identify trends and generate actionable insights
Design and deliver clear, compelling dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Engage closely with marketing, digital, and commercial teams to align on business objectives and translate findings into strategic actions
Support the global insights team in delivering annual brand health reports across key APAC markets
Monitor the latest developments in digital analytics and eCommerce to bring forward innovative ideas
Continuously optimize analytics workflows and reporting processes for efficiency and impact
Requirements:
At least 3 years of working experience in data analytics, ideally within the eCommerce or digital marketing domain
Strong proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and data visualization platforms
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business strategies
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
