Job Description:

Transform complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decisions across various business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving data processes and methodologies.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and valuable insights that inform business strategies
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making processes
Enhance data processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and ensure accuracy
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support diverse business initiatives and projects
Document data processes and methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity
Perform advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify opportunities and trends
Create tools and frameworks to improve data accessibility and usability for stakeholders
Integrate data from internal and external sources to ensure seamless data flow and consistency
Collaborate with teams such as operations, finance, and accounting to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions
Implement data quality measures, including validation and cleansing procedures, to maintain integrity

Requirements:

Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using tools like Power BI and Alteryx
Strong statistical and analytical skills, with proficiency in predictive modeling techniques
Familiarity with integrating data from various sources and maintaining seamless data flow
Ability to design and implement efficient data models and queries for reporting purposes
Knowledge of data validation and cleansing procedures to ensure high-quality datasets
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong documentation skills to record processes and share methodologies
Prior experience in handling large datasets and conducting ad-hoc analyses
