Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our customer’s project — web-based lease digitization platform

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to help define and implement innovative data deliverables
Interviewing stakeholders to formalize business needs in the requirements documentation
Analyzing the Data sources and designing the Data models for the business processes performance review
Analyzing business processes to indicate the crucial Data Points for measurement of business goals, customer experience, client behavior
Designing narrative presentations for clients about their Data Value Chain and BI solutions
Developing visual reports and dashboards using BI software

Requirements:

5+ years of Data Engineer/BI experience
Strong knowledge of SQL
Understanding of Data Warehouse and ETL Principles
Experience with at least one RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
Hands-on experience with Python
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Upper-Intermediate or above level of English
Proven experience managing or leading a data team is highly preferred. The candidate should have the desire and readiness to take on a leadership role within the data team
Willingness to lead and coordinate efforts among data analysts and other stakeholders

Nice to have:

Knowledge in OLAP/OLTP queries
Knowledge in DWH modelling and Data Mart design
