IKEA's data center serves as the enterprise-level data hub, responsible for the management of data assets, delivery of analytical needs, and data-driven decision-making functions across all business lines (retail, supply chain, user growth, etc.). Currently, we are promoting the upgrade of data products from 'analyst-specific tools' to a 'self-service analysis platform for all' based on AI+BI integration technologies (such as natural language queries, intelligent alerts, and automated modeling).
